Our investment vehicle of choice is Multi-Family Commercial Real Estate. We acquire, renovate, improve, and position for sale these assets through a process known as "Syndication" which is a fancy term for purchasing a large scale asset with a group of investors.

We target the acquisition and improvement of under performing apartment buildings in areas of high growth where significant upside potential exists. We seek to add value to areas where it matters most to increase operating income.
Search, offer, negotiate, and acquire
We begin with an extremely selective search criteria and will ultimately identify, negotiate, and place assets under contract.
Offer property to our investor base
Once the asset is under contract, our team will share the details and specifics of the asset with our investor base.
Due Diligence and Closing
Our experienced team will perform extensive due diligence on the property to ensure our high standards are met and meet or exceed our assumptions.
Property and Asset Management
Immediately upon acquisition, our team will begin execution of our business plan to dramatically improve the income of the property, therefore increasing it's market value.
Sale and/or Refinance
Once significant value is added to the asset, we will position the property for a sale or refinance to return our investor's equity including original principal and profits.
